Face cloths not replaced daily. Tissue box not refilled. Waited at bar one evening to get a drink no staff member available or no bell to ring. Overall had a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful, relaxing experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was perfect. Excellent all round!
